PHP delisting FAQ
  1. Why can't I apply for PHP merchant verification?
PHP has been phased out from the P2P platform, so we are no longer accepting new PHP merchant applications at this stage.
  1. I could post PHP ads before, but now I can't.
PHP (Philippine Peso) has been officially delisted from the WEEX P2P platform.
To ensure compliance with applicable regulations and maintain a secure trading environment, all PHP-related access points and functions have been suspended.
Users can no longer publish, edit, or manage PHP advertisements.
  1. Can I still trade using PHP right now?
No. PHP trading is no longer supported on the WEEX P2P platform.
As PHP has been officially delisted, all PHP-related access points have been suspended and new PHP transactions can no longer be created.
Orders created before the delisting time will not be affected and can still proceed until completion.
  1. Will my active P2P orders be affected?
No. Any orders created before the delisting time will not be affected and can still be completed normally.
  1. Will my assets remain safe after the delisting?
Yes. Your assets will remain safe.
The PHP delisting only affects PHP trading on the WEEX P2P platform and will not impact your USDT balances, crypto assets, or account funds.
  1. Can I still become a merchant in other fiat markets?
No. PHP merchant applications are no longer supported.
Verified PHP merchants are not eligible to become merchants in other markets on the WEEX P2P platform.
  1. I am an PHP verified merchant. How can I cancel my status and get my deposit unfrozen?
Please make sure all PHP orders are completed or closed and no disputes are pending. After that, you can submit a request to revoke your status, and your deposit will be released once the review is completed.
To revoke your merchant status:
  • Go to the P2P page
  • Select More → Profile
  • Select "Cancel Merchant Status"
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to submit and confirm your request
  1. What if I have an PHP order that is not fully paid before delisting?
We recommend completing the payment as soon as possible to avoid any delays or automatic system cleanup after the cutoff time.
  1. Can I still file or handle disputes after PHP is delisted?
Yes. Existing orders and disputes will still be supported until they are fully resolved.
  1. Will I still be able to see my past PHP ads or trading history?
Yes. You can still view your past transaction records, but new PHP ads cannot be created anymore.
  1. What happens if I try to create an PHP order after delisting?
The system will block new PHP orders, so the transaction will not go through.
  1. What will happen to my ongoing appeals during the delisting process?
Any appeals or disputes related to PHP orders submitted before the delisting takes effect will continue to be processed normally.
Users involved in ongoing appeals may continue using the appeal process until the case is fully reviewed and resolved.
To avoid delays, we recommend responding promptly to any requests for information during the review process.

WEEX remains committed to providing a safe, compliant, and seamless P2P trading experience. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
