Bitcoin treasury company Hyperscale Data receives $26.6 million in lawsuit settlement to further improve liquidity

According to PRNewswire, btc-42">Bitcoin treasury company Hyperscale Data announced that its subsidiary Ault Lending LLC and RiskOn International have received a settlement payment from a lawsuit that lasted several years, totaling approximately $26.6 million. The specific terms of the settlement agreement have not been disclosed, and this cash inflow will further improve its liquidity.

Additionally, according to the latest data disclosed by Hyperscale Data, the company's Bitcoin holdings have increased to 633.8609 coins, including 586.6674 coins held by its wholly-owned subsidiary Sentinum (which acquired approximately 440.2341 coins on the open market and obtained about 146.4333 coins from its Bitcoin mining operations), as well as approximately 47.1935 coins purchased from the open market by another subsidiary, ACG.
